FlareForward

Virtual exercise medicine for inflammatory rheumatic disease — 10 protocols, 5 clinical tracks, 1 platform. Outcomes that matter to pharma and insurers.

Exercise medicine, delivered at scale

FlareForward is Arthros's virtual exercise medicine platform for people living with inflammatory rheumatic disease. Each protocol is condition-specific, evidence-based, and delivered by certified exercise physiologists and physiotherapists through a structured virtual model.

Validated ePRO instruments track functional outcomes throughout the programme. Coordinators receive real-time alerts when scores cross clinical thresholds, enabling timely intervention — and giving pharma partners the data they need for medical affairs and PSP reporting.

How it works

01

Clinician referral or PSP enrolment

Patients enter FlareForward through their rheumatologist's referral or directly via a pharma Patient Support Programme. A care coordinator contacts the patient within 48 hours.

02

Baseline assessment & protocol matching

A certified exercise therapist conducts a virtual functional assessment. Validated ePRO instruments establish baseline scores. The patient is matched to the most appropriate FlareForward protocol.

03

Virtual delivery & adaptive monitoring

Patients attend live-virtual and asynchronous exercise sessions over 20–26 weeks. Monthly ePRO check-ins adapt the programme intensity. Coordinators are alerted if scores cross clinical thresholds.
